Honestally HQ is co-located with other businesses in a building owned and managed by 'WOTSO'. Honestally has limited control over building management. WOTSO manages building signage, maintenance, cleaning, check-in and COVID-19 safety. Therefore, this plan is designed to be read in conjunction with and to supplement the WOTSO COVID-19 Safety Plan.
All personnel must wear a surgical face mask ensuring it is blue side out and covering your nose, mouth and chin. Masks must be worn in accordance with the government mask guidelines.
Please note cloth masks are not acceptable.
All persons must check in to the 'Check In TAS' app on arrival. QR Codes are located at the entrance to the foyer, at the reception desk, on the front of each elevator door, and inside the elevator itself.
WOTSO staff will require every visitor to check-in, however, Honestally staff are encouraged to support WOTSO in this endeavour by ensuring all of our guests have checked in and are reminded to engage in COVID safe behaviours such as social distancing.
Signage
Signage has been placed throughout the building regarding checking-in, COVID safe behaviours and hand washing.
Hand Sanitiser
Hand sanitiser is available at reception and key touch-points throughout the building such as the entry to the foyer, at the entrance to each bathroom, the entrance to each kitchen and inside the elevator. Honestally has additional sanitiser and wipes available to staff and guests within our tenancy.
Honestally maintains a private tenancy within the WOTSO building. The tenancy is able to be accessed only by the building management, our employees and visitors who have made an appointment and checked-in. All other WOTSO members and cleaning staff do not have access to our tenancy.
Honestally HQ is 21.26 sqm and is designed for a capacity of 5 persons. Utilising the 2 sqm per person rule the maximum density for our premises is 10 persons, however, this has been reduced to a maximum of 3 persons.
Team members each have assigned desks that are a minimum of 1.5 meters apart.
Online and phone meetings are encouraged where it is practical to do so but are required in the event you have been in a hot spot or when responding to a positive case.

Cleaning Products
Safe Work Australia guidelines state that for routine workplace cleaning in a non-healthcare workplace, physical cleaning with water and detergent is sufficient. However, Honestally requires high touch areas to be disinfected as well.
In order to disinfect a hard surface Safe Work Australia and the TGA state that disinfectants containing ≥ 70% alcohol, quaternary ammonium compounds (such as benzalkonium chloride) or diluted household bleach (including products containing sodium hypochlorite) are suitable for use.
Disinfectants should only be used once the surface is fully cleaned. These chemicals must be used following the instructions on the packaging to be safe and effective.
