This section does not duplicate the prevention and preparedness activities that are outlined in the rest of this Safety Centre, therefore, it should be read in conjunction with the 'For Employees', 'For Clients' and 'Physical Workplace' sections of this website.
All personnel must wear a surgical face mask ensuring it is blue side out and covering your nose, mouth and chin. Masks must be worn in accordance with the government mask guidelines.
Please note cloth masks are not acceptable.
All employees must remain ready to work from home at any time, for an indefinite period.
Employees must:
Ensure they have an appropriate and safe work space
Contact Honestally if any supports are required such as office chairs, external monitors or ergonomic assessments
Take their laptops, modems and other equipment home with them at the end of each day
Honestally will notify staff in the event of a lockout from Honestally HQ or an embargo on any offsite activities. However, staff may prefer to work from home at any time or in the case of increased levels of community transmission. Please consult with the Managing Director about your intentions for your working arrangements and work plan.
Employees should ensure they maintain an appropriate supply of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). All employee's travelling offsite must ensure their backpack contains a minimum stock level of PPE including:
10 x surgical masks
2 x N95 masks
2 x rapid antigen test (RAT)
5 x alcohol wipes
50ml hand sanitiser
Honestally maintains a stockpile of PPE that can be accessed by employees or shipped to their home upon request. Please note that cotton reusable masks are not acceptable.
Employees are required to follow the Going Offsite Checklist on each occasion they leave Honestally HQ or their home work environment on company business (e.g. to visit a client, supplier, attend training etc).
Proposals for events, training or other onsite activities will include the following clause:
"If there are impacts of COVID-19 that need to be managed (such as lock down or outbreak) services may be delivered online or deferred to a later date. Honestally reserves the right to defer or deliver the agreed services remotely in accordance with our COVID-Safe plan or alternatively at the request of {client name}."
