All staff must check in to the 'Check In TAS' app upon arrival for each shift. QR Codes are located at the entrance to the foyer, on the front of each elevator door, and inside the elevator.
All other signs and directions must be followed including maintaining social distancing and sanitising your hands upon arrival.
Anywhere Else
All staff must check in using the approved government 'app' upon entering any third party premises while at work or when representing Honestally in any capacity. Check-in must occur every time regardless of how short your visit.

If you are unwell in any way you must stay home and notify the Managing Director as soon as practicable. You may choose whether you would like to take leave to rest and recover or work from home depending on your circumstances.
It is especially important to be vigilant for COVID-19 symptoms including fever, chills, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, a runny nose or loss of smell.
If you are at Honestally HQ, or working at a third party premises, you must immediately leave the premises and notify the Managing Director so that we can jointly assess the risk (in concert with you and any third party if required).

You may resume normal business activities once your symptoms are completely resolved and you have returned a negative COVID test. If you feel well enough, you may choose to work from home in the meantime.
If you have spent time interstate, overseas or at a medium or high risk location you must work from home and must not attend Honestally HQ or any client premises for the following:
Overseas, Cruise Ship or High Risk Area: 14 Days
Medium Risk Area: 7 Days
Low Risk Area: 3 Days
Following this period, you may resume normal business activities provided you are fully vaccinated and symptom free.
Risk areas are determined by the Tasmanian Government.
Honestally consultants may move between multiple aged care homes, disability service providers and other priority settings. Therefore, whilst vaccination is not mandatory for all staff some restrictions apply for employees who are not vaccinated in order to protect our vulnerable clients in priority settings as well as the broader community.

Are not permitted to attend client or other third party sites
Staff may elect to notify Honestally of their vaccination status by uploading evidence via the certification section of the employee self-service portal.
All staff must complete the COVID-19 Safety Questionnaire.
All staff are expected to stay up-to-date with the latest information relating to the pandemic and any restrictions that may apply.
Therefore, staff must:
Maintain situational awareness by regularly checking the Coronavirus Tasmania website
Complete the COVID-19 Infection Control Training via the Australian Government
Complete the mandatory COVID-19 training in the Honestally Learning Management System (LMS)
