Employees are required to follow this Going Offsite Checklist on each occasion they leave Honestally HQ or their home work environment on company business (for example to visit a client, visit a supplier or attend training).
Only employees who have completed a full course of COVID-19 vaccinations and received a booster shot are permitted to attend a client or other third party premises.
Have you uploaded evidence of your vaccination status via the certification section of the employee self-service portal?
If you have spent time interstate, overseas or at a medium or high risk location, you must work from home and must not attend Honestally HQ or any client premises for the following:
Overseas, Cruise Ship or High Risk Area: 14 Days
Medium Risk Area: 7 Days
Low Risk Area: 3 Days
Risk areas are determined by the Tasmanian Government.
If you are unwell in any way you must stay home. You must notify the Managing Director if you feel unwell as soon as practicable. You may choose whether you would like to take leave to rest and recover or work from home depending on your circumstances.
It is especially important to be vigilant for COVID-19 symptoms including fever, chills, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, a runny nose or loss of smell.
Does your backpack have the required minimum stock level of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including:
10 x surgical masks
2 x N95 masks
2 x rapid antigen test (RAT)
5 x alcohol wipes
50ml hand sanitiser
You may access the Honestally stockpile of PPE or it can be shipped to your home upon request. Please note that cotton reusable masks are not acceptable.
In the course of our duties, Honestally consultants regularly move between different organisations and premises.
We have a duty to protect the broader community, but particularly our vulnerable clients in priority settings such as aged care, health care and disability services.
All Times
seek approval from the Managing Director and the client
return a negative RAT
wear an N95 mask ensuring it covers your nose, mouth and chin
comply with any Public Health Directions that apply
Check the client's website and/or ask the client for a copy of their COVID-19 Safety Plan and ensure this is saved in the relevant drive. You must ensure you comply with all requirements of the clients safety plan, as well as our own, noting that if their is any inconsistency between the plans that you must apply the most restrictive condition.
All personnel should be using the approved government 'app' upon entering any third party premises while at work or when representing Honestally in any capacity. However, staff should also ensure any off site visits are recorded in Toggl as well as their Google Calendar for the purpose of supplementing government contact tracing efforts.
