The stand-down stage is triggered when Public Health confirms the outbreak is over, usually 14 days after isolation of the last case. After standing down, Honestally will resume Stage 1 activities for prevention of and preparedness for further outbreaks.

Schedule an all team huddle with the Honestally team as well as key stakeholders to evaluate the response measures. Update this plan accordingly. Discuss the case or outbreak, how it impacted Honestally and document suggestions to improve future responses.
In consultation with Public Health, review case/outbreak control measures implemented in your workplace/setting, including working from home arrangements, physical distancing and use of facemasks.
